Dinner (Affiliate Full Meeting Sponsors)

MassPACE will host dinner on Monday, 11/3 5:30-8:30pm for affiliates that have sponsored the  meet & greet. You must send your attendee list (up to 3 people) & dietary restrictions to Jenn by no  later than Friday, 10/10. To ensure a proper headcount, please indicate if attendees will join for both dinner and lunch the next day.

Annual Meeting

This venue is west of Boston Logan International airport (~40 minutes/28 miles), Please note, traffic  in and around Boston can be quite unpredictable so always plan additional time getting out and  going in.

The event will start at 10 am, but full meeting sponsors should feel free to arrive as early as 9:30 am  to set up your table. In our morning sessions, you will have a few minutes to give an overview of  your team and services. A 6 ft exhibitor table with be provided for full meeting sponsors.

Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Natick

The annual meeting will be taking place at the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Natick. We have booked a block of rooms for the night of 11/3 for $179 each. To sign up for the  MassPACE discounted rooms, click here. Booking must be done by 10/3. Any rooms booked prior to our confirming of this venue, will be honored. There will be a shuttle service from the hotel to the restaurant and back. It is ~20 minutes from the hotel.

Lunch & Awards Sponsors

If you are sponsoring lunch or awards but not attending the full event, please plan to send your list of  attendees (up to 2 per sponsorship) & any dietary restrictions to Jenn by Friday, 10/10. Attendees should plan to arrive at the meeting venue at about 11:30am, as the program will begin at 12:30pm. We will introduce each of you in our opening remarks.

Getting Around

Uber & Lyft are quite accessible in our meeting areas, taxis are less so outside of Boston. Boston and points West are accessible via the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) but getting to  Framingham would require taking the commuter rail, so planning your trip in advance is  recommended if this is how you plan to get around. Finally, rental cars  are available at each of the local airports (advanced reservations recommended).
